BIOGRAPHY
Organization Acceleration was founded by Matthew D. Gonzalez, The Entrepreneurial Leader, a three time business owner whose passion is to share his skill and knowledge by advising organizations on how to grow from small to medium, medium to large, and large-scale to leading innovators. Matthew has held multiple positions in for profit, non-profit, and association level Boards and has recently completed his PhD in Organization and Management, at Capella University.
